Select Optional Add-Ons & Vendor Services
Customize your picnic décor rental by selecting optional add-on rentals and third-party vendor services. Add-on rentals may include décor or accessory items provided by Official Luxury Picnics.
Food items (such as charcuterie boards) and floral items are prepared by independent third-party vendors. Official Luxury Picnics coordinates pickup and delivery only of these items alongside the décor setup as a convenience to the client. Official Luxury Picnics does not prepare, sell, or serve food and does not act as a caterer.
Vendor items are delivered in their original packaging and are placed with the décor setup at the start of the rental period.

Confirm Location, Date & Rental Details
Provide your preferred location, date, rental timeframe, and any additional notes. Locations are client-selected and may include private property or public parks. If a public location requires a permit or approval, the client is responsible for securing it prior to the rental date. Once details are reviewed, availability will be confirmed.Public Park Permit Information
Some public parks and preserves require permits for gatherings, décor setups, or reserved spaces.
Clients are responsible for determining whether their selected location requires a permit or approval.
If a permit is required, it must be secured by the client prior to the rental date.
Official Luxury Picnics does not apply for or guarantee public park permits but can provide general setup details if requested.

Secure Your Reservation & Payment Schedule
To confirm your picnic décor rental, a 50% reservation retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer secures your requested date, time, and rental inventory.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than five (5) days prior to the scheduled rental date. Bookings are not considered confirmed until the reservation retainer has been received, and delivery cannot be guaranteed if the remaining balance is not paid by the required deadline.
Payment terms, including rescheduling and cancellation policies, are outlined in our booking agreement.

But the availability I want is not listed
If you are interested in an alternative date or time that is not available when booking. Please submit a contact form at least 1-2 weeks prior to your desired date and time and then we can make that available for you. However, we cannot guarantee that a specific date or time can be made available. The more of a notice we are given the greater the chances are of making that special date available to you.
I want a more unique theme
If you are craving for a theme that is outside of our Specialty Theme then we kindly ask that you fill out a Contact Form. When doing so please provide as many details as you can so we can bring your vision to life.
